These two lakes belong to the City of Prescott.

These lakes are fed by Banning Creek which eventually flows into Granite Creek in Prescott. Upper Goldwater Lake is on the right while Lower Goldwater Lake is on the left in this photo.

<p>There is a $2.00 charge for parking at Upper Goldwater Lake. &nbsp;Lower Goldwater Lake is undeveloped as a recreational area.</p>
<p>Goldwater Lake is maintained by the City of Prescott Parks and Recreation department.&nbsp;</p>
